Long story short I neglected this plant in leca with water for about two months. I’m now trying to save it as I just figured out 90% of the bulb decade away. I have multiple parts of the plant that looks like this can I save it if I put it in dirt?

Hiya! The roots look pretty healthy, but the bulb — give it a feel — if it seems soft and mushy, it’s likely rot. I’d recommend disinfecting it with a bit of isopropyl alcohol or carefully cutting the rot off before potting it up. You don’t want to risk the bacteria spreading to the healthy parts. If you do cut, let it callous over overnight (or even longer) to help reduce the chance of further rot — especially since it’s an Alocasia, and they can be a little fussy. Just a heads-up: with the stress and shock, the plant might drop its leaves, but don’t worry — that’s quite normal and it can bounce back! You could also cut off all the roots and try propagating it in water instead — that can work really well too!
