   you're overwatering. those watering globes kinda suck, they make the soil constantly sopping wet. i highly encourage you to take it out. repot with fresh soil and check the roots for rot. any roots that are mushy, wrinkly, or stringy must be cut back until you only have healthy growth. spray with diluted hydrogen peroxide, pot it up, and wait a few days to water again.
