hey everyone. i bought my brother this lil cactus and it started turning brown. we gave her some water but it’s progressively getting worse. i haven’t watered it since. what should i do?

    Sorry you can’t save it That’s a moon cactus. Basically it’s to cacti grafted together. The moon cactus is only the red part. The green stem is most likely a dragon fruit plant.

      Only problem with moon cacti is they really don’t last long at all 😭

      I think Dave the cactus man would disagree. He’s a cactus pro. But I killed my moon cacti when I put it outside in Pheonix. I opted to not try again because I realized pokey plants were not my jam. 😂

      I mean it might be me as well I’ve not been very successful with cacti except for my scarlet ball cactus. All the people ik seem to struggle with them as well But hey keep on trying!!! If you figure them out let me know lol

    Disinfect the pot by rinsing with hydrogen peroxide in case there is bacterial infection left from the rot. He’s gone to plant heaven 🌵😔🏜️
