Please give me suggestions on plants that could hang off the top of my bookshelf that require little light. Bookshelf pic for reference

    That depends on what the actual light situation is in this part of the house. If there is truly no window and this gets no outside light then it is essentially the equivalent of being completely in the dark. But one option is to get grow lights and then you can have a lot more options. Pothos, Heartleaf philodendron, transcendental spent about $40 on Barrina T5s and I light my bathroom this way. They have been growing wonderfully even lit from below

    Jade or golden pothos do the best in lower light conditions. That being said, place it on the side closest to a window. 6 feet from a window is kinda max without providing supplemental lighting.
