As a precautionary measure, if u go up multiple sizes with plants that rot easily make sure u add extra drainage layer at the bottom, otherwise 6 should be fine. It rly just depends how quick u want to move for the next repot and whats available to u. If u notice the roots wrapping round and round the bottom of the pot and them sticking out of the drainage holes then it's def rdy. Id also say it's ready for a trellis of some sort. Whether u go fancy with a homemade moss poll, a garden trellis, or a plank of wood. It'll do the trick. They get v top heavy and love support.

Only little ones sticking out the drainage holes so do u think i can wait until spring to repot or should i do it now and give her some support with a pole?

Yes. If you want to check the roots, wait a day or two after watering, the you should be able to gently lift the whole plant/soil out as one unit. If there is 40-50% roots, you should repot now. If its less than that you are fine to wait till spring. And upsizing 1-2” is a good rule of thumb. You might have to repot a bit more often, but your plants will thank you :)
