It’s late July, and my hydrangea bushes seem late to bloom. Any tips? Should I fertilise or feed them?

What variety? Looks like a little lime? I work at a nursery and we fertilize ours a few weeks before they bloom, except in heat waves because then it would be counter productive because the plant would be taking too much energy to make new blooms instead of keeping cool and hydrated.
1 j'aimeI think it’s. A panicle hydrangea
2 J'aimeIf you pruned them at the wrong time they may not bloom this season
1 j'aimeThose ones tend to flower late summer, I have them too. They are lime light
1 j'aimeWhen they are flowering I feed, it takes a lot of energy.
1 j'aimeThank you for the tip!
0 J'aimeWe also had a cold spring and late-starting summer, so perhaps this accounts for their lateness too.
0 J'aimeYes, lime light
0 J'aimeMine was planted a year ago. I thought I had killed it because it took so long to bloom. 🤣😂
