Revitalization tips? I have this nice big tradescantia, but it’s looking a little dull and leggy. Any tips on how to make it look more beautiful and lively?

I’d suggest chopping and propping, to get that full bushy appearance

2件のいいねIf you chop and prop, the easiest way is probably sticking them directly in soil! My callista rooted within 2 weeks for me. They naturally grow on the ground with each node being able to quickly grow with soil, so trimming back, maybe checking the roots/soil, & proving is definitely something I recommend

いいね 1件Of course, I can't guarantee the results but I have cut many tradiscantia in a 10-in hanging basket to the edge of the pot. Typically they fill out and look beautiful after a while. You can propagate any and all of the cuttings that you want but you'd end up with a gazillion babies. If you don't want to go as drastic as to the edge of the pot you can just cut it back to whatever length you want evenly all the way around maybe you want to just cut it back to 6 in. In theory that should promote all kinds of side growth.
