I need help, and a few more responses will help me decide if I need to return these and get full spectrum? A plant buddy told me these should work. Thoughts?🤍🪴

    White light is considered full spectrum (or broad spectrum)

    I would assume the “& more” to mean any plant you’d like to grow inside personally 😋 but I am pretty new to keeping plants! I would give them a try and see how your bbs like them!
