Please help!! Im going home from camp this Tuesday, and I need a way to bring my plants with me!! I have a tomato and a radish plant that I really want to bring back. Its a 4 hour bus ride. I thought about taking the plants out of the soil and into a plastic bag with a paper towel, then transplanting it back into soil the moment I get back home. Will that work??!! Open to any tips or ideas.
that will not work. get a larger, deeper tuppeware and keep the same amount of soil in it. put the lid on and carry them that way.

They are to small to take out and put them in a plastic bag with paper towels. They won't survive the 4 hour trip. Can you put plastic wrap on top of them and put them all in a bag of some sort to carry them easier?
1 mi piaceJust wondering where you will plant them when you get home- it’s pretty late in the season to start a tomato- unless you live in a climate where it will stay warm and sunny for several more months.
