My pink panther/jewel turtle vine 💗 she arrived in terrible shape, died off to about three strands, and three months later she’s my pride and joy!
6 Mi piaceAww she is beautiful 😍 I love a good comeback story!
1 mi piaceMy jade plant got when it was tiny and before I knew anything about plants, I didn’t know it was even a jade. Somehow it survived in a tiny mason jar with no drainage by my kitchen sink. I only realized what it was this past summer when I got into plants. I repotted it and put it in a better spot and I think it’s doubled if not tripled in size! Before and after pictures
5 Mi piaceLove this! 😍 It looks super happy!
0 Mi piaceProbably my ZZs. First plant I ever bought, probably in general but I know for sure, first plant for my office. When I started 10 years ago I wanted a plant, and it was advertised as ‘great for the office’ and a ‘plant of steel’. I was sold! Now that one plant has made multiple plants!
3 Mi piaceThis is awesome! They really are such great plants 💚
0 Mi piaceMy blooming gardenia! Failed many times with these!
2 Mi piaceThat sweet smell of gardenia 🥰 One of my faves!
1 mi piaceMy oxalis for nostalgic and sentimental reasons. I had a small bed of these growing in my backyard when I first moved into my home, but four big dogs later, they’re almost nonexistent. I decided to try and “save” a couple by bringing them inside, and they flourished! One of my dogs in particular used to dig them up. He’s since crossed the rainbow bridge, and every time I look at them, I think of him. 🌈❤️
9 Mi piaceThat is a sweet story! And a very pretty oxalis🪴
1 mi piaceAww I love this 🥹💚
1 mi piaceI hear ya!
1 mi piaceSo much beauty in one pic 😍👏🏻
1 mi piaceWithout a doubt, this lil one. It was originally bigger, got scale, got neglected, got some kind of fungus... And then somehow still responded to my desperate attempts to save it and is doing great. It was a gift from my dad, and one of few houseplants I didn't lose in a rough move. It genuinely brought me so much joy to see it come back to life, and I check on it every single day now.
4 Mi piaceIt looks so healthy now! Good save🪴
1 mi piaceIt looks amazing now 😍 Sometimes persistence really pays off!
1 mi piaceMy african violet and ficuses helped me by toughing it out with me through a hard time. My mom's philodendron has really helped support her emotionally and get her back into plant care, and a pair of bromeliads, a pinguicula, and a jewel orchid were all wonderfully generous gifts from an orchid society member. I'm thankful for all my plants, but those have stood out recently
2 Mi piacePlants really do ground a person in what really matters.. makes you feel peaceful and capable(at least most of the time😉). I have never heard of a pinguicula before. 🪴
2 Mi piaceI love this 💚 and 100% agree with Buffy ☝🏻
2 Mi piaceOh my gosh I see why 😍

You know, this Hoya “Sunrise” is the only plant of mine that survived the cross-country move. I thought it was gonna give up the ghost and it didn’t in the end. It’s trying to flower now!
1 mi piaceLove these Hoya leaves!
