Help! I am a new plant mom. I live in New England and we already have the heat on. My plants are very dry, even with watering per the app. I have a large window for sunlight, but there is a heater underneath. I don’t know what to do.

    You could try a humidifier on the windowsill with the plants 🪴

      Does it matter if it's hot or cool humidifier? Or is there such a thing? Maybe it's a vaporizer... is it the same thing?

    Have you gone into your plant profiles and made sure that they have the option for 'near heater' selected? It should prompt more frequent watering during colder months

      You can also just water your plants when they need it and add the info into the plant's profile, making sure to select that the soil is dry as a reason for watering. The app should update for more frequent watering after a few of those as well
