PhilThis is Purple Shield, Head of HR. Responsible for creating the most intense training sessions for new hires. Changing rules on a whim. Polarized mood changes. Shows total disdain when their large water bottle runs dry. When they feel good they look fantastic. But was having a bad morning today. Training wasn’t working. The water bottle was empty and new rules were not being followed. I couldn’t take it anymore and lashed out. All the way down to the ground they went. Now they need to follow my rules. My rules or I will use my influence to replace HR.
