Hey! I bought this albo syngonium about 2 months ago, and repotted it into a pot 2-3” bigger than the last, but it has grown roots out of the bottom; i highly doubt it needs a repot, but what else could be causing this?

0 Me gustaSyngoniums will find and drink all the drainage water in the saucers below the pot and in the outer cache pots especially if the outer pots have no drain holes. The more standing water, the longer the roots. You can reduce the amount of excess roots by letting the pot stop dripping water before putting it back in the cache pot or putting it back into the drainage saucer.

this is why i asked if Jay bottom waters. if you’re worried, you don’t have to repot to a bigger pot. you can just pop it out the pot, input a little dirt and tuck this root in.

Lol!! Yeah ive come to learn that now 🤣, i own 3 other syngoniums (a neon robusta, and 2 normal) and theyve never done this, but i guess this albo is just really persistent!
