Hello! My snake plant is having a baby! When should I put her in her own pot?

I’d honestly leave it in the same pot. They just produce new shoots and fill your pot. Snake plants like to be slightly root bound, they like a tight pot.

And should I do anything about this one leaf?

That’s more of a personal choice. If you don’t mind it just leave it but if you don’t like the look you can trim it, it won’t hurt the plant

Most of the time I leave them. However I had a couple of leaves break off and I separated them in sections put them in water until they got roots. And now they are in soil having babies.

I don’t know what is technically correct, but I had snake that sprouted a conjoined twin. They grew together in a rather small pot for a few years pretty well. I only just separated them in a mass plant repotting. Both are doing great on their own since they were so well established.
