Good afternoon friends! Newbie plant momma here & I’ve just been gifted a potted African Violet & would love any advice to keep her happy and healthy. Since I’m very new to plant care and this plant is above my knowledge I’ve been following the instructions this app gave me but I’m very open to more advice! (ㅅ´ ˘ `)
all i know is they do well in low light bc theyre a tropical plabt(dont quote me)and are used to growibg on the ground
0 J'aimeThey love East windows, they do not like water on their leaves, regular fertilization especially during the growing season, you can propagate with a single leaf (although I have not been successful at this other people have), they prefer small pots usually the pot is 2/3 the diameter of the plant.

Definitely bottom water. They can get crown rot very easily if you top water them. They do like bright indirect light.
