I overwatered my money tree and now its new leaves are droopy and won’t stand back up … I moved it into dryer soil and got as much excess water out of the roots as possible . Should I trim these leaves back to the node or give them some time and see if they stand back up ?

this planting arrangement looks a little scary to me, your money tree will likely suffer in the long run since there is no drainage. the marbles at the bottom of the vase only provide a false sense of drainage, the soil will likely remain consistently wet. money trees (pachira aqautica) are semi-succulent and store plenty of water in their trunk, so they only need to be watered occasionally and the soil should dry quickly. plantyann’s watering suggestions are great advice

All I had at the time was a flower vase with no drainage hence the stones , but I will definitely move her out of it

I think they look great in a terracotta pot and those are not too expensive. I need to repot also but I almost killed mine in the beginning and lost 2 trunks. My daughter bought it and said she only had to give it ice

I will have to go get one thank you ! I typically water mine from the bottom to avoid getting the trunks too wet 😊
