It’s time to repot my plant. The pot it’s in says 10inches but really 9.5 inches. I bought a 12 inch pot to repot. Do you think it’s too big?

NiaDaPlantMomProbably just a tad. I always heard to go 1-2 inches up in pot size but I think it will okay and will adjust well

LearningPlantMomI should be fine. You should only go up 1-2 inches in size. Is that other black pot surrounding the actual plant pots the one you’re going to use?

Yes. It seems much larger to me but it is 2 inches larger than the pot. It’s my first repot and I don’t wanna kill my plant. 😢
