I have a fiddle leaf fig that recently dropped all of it leaves and was just a stem. Now it has leaves growing from just the top. What can I do to get leaves to grow on the entire stem and not just the top?

Notch it! I’ve seen loads of people’s before and after of having a stick-like fiddle leaf fig and then they notched it and the next year it was full and bushy. Here’s a website that shows how to do it properly and the science behind it, just type out the url from the top of the picture and you’ll hopefully find the same article
3 likesNotching never did work for me. I do wonder about notching then applying that cloning paste though. I wonder if that would fill it out?
