Does anyone happen to know what this cactus is? It’s not a Christmas, thanksgiving or Easter cactus. It blooms these small white plastic looking flowers. But it hasn’t bloomed in years. This use to be my great grandmothers plant and was passed onto me when she passed. Would like to know what it is and how to get it to bloom again.

So it does look like one of those cactuses. I’d say Easter cactus. The only way they bloom is a lot of light. It needs to be in front of a window…. I’d also fertilize based on the app’s recommendations.

Lots of light during the day and they do need colder temperatures at night to get the bloom cycle started! If you can remember what the blooms looked like this is an easy way to tell Xmas vs. Easter

I’m voting Christmas cactus as shown in the attached photo. The leaf is arrowhead shaped, pointy at the base of each leaf, flatter near the top and with double decker flowers. Easter cactus has oval leaves and lotus like blooms.
