I’m not sure what the small plant on the left is but it appears you have some kind of aloe plant and a possibly a caladium? If I am right, the latter two plants have very different watering requirements. Aloe is a desert plant that if planted in soil that retains water or gets too much water will rot the roots to nothing. I’ve seen numerous aloe plants go to be repotted and literally are a stem and no roots at all because of incorrect soil. Since I’m not sure what the other small plant is, I can’t give suggestions for it.

Idk what it is either. I stole a clipping from downtown. But there all four very happy.

They typically will put plants together which require the same type of care. However, since they are all growing so beautifully with no trouble I would leave them alone. Or if you would like to repot them just to be able to monitor one plant better if it should get some type of issue then it would be wise then you wouldn’t lose all of them because of one in the pot that might be sick.

I don't know the plant on the left, but I would remove the aloe plant. As previously advised its a desert plant and likes very little water. Like every 2 or 3 weeks. Once a month even depending where you live.

I agree with everyone else that the aloe should be potted separately. The small plant on the left looks like a type of Peperomia to me and the two in the back are syngoniums. Both have a similar care requirements so should be happy together for a while.
