    I've moved to better pesticides or predatory bugs. But this is the one I was using.

      Make sure its cold pressed. High temps break down beneficial properties

    Neem comes in two varieties. Azadirachtin (seed extract) and Clarified hydrophobic (alcohol "clarified" Azadirachtin). This natria is the clarified version, meaning it needs to come in contact with the insect (suffocating them) or infection to be effective. And the regular extract you can spray on the plant and when the bugs ingested it, especially the larvae stage, it should poison them.
