Nooooo that’s the worst! I wonder if you could propagate it? It might grow roots in water, but don’t quote me on that.

I feel your pain. I have broken off the stems on two of my orchids while repotting them. Those beautiful flowers gone. It hurts.
2 likesI’m so sorry! Those stems take so long to grow as well

Oh I know this pain all too well! I recently snapped off the baby leaf on my mini White Knight! I have to admit to crying a little.

definitely broke my heart and I could’ve avoided it by just moving her while I worked above her 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
0 likesI still clearly haven’t learned my lesson from the last time I snapped a leaf off (doing the exact same thing I did today!), at least they grow back
0 likesPut that back together quickly before it forms callouses! Make a DIY splint with 2 toothpicks and a small piece of masking tape at the back. It has a 50% chance of resealing.

Might seem unrealistic, but I’ve taped broken leaves and vines before on my photos and monsteras, and they just heal and stitch back up. 😋
3 likesOmg I did that with a little branch on a baby dogwood tree once. Healed like a charm and it’s still going strong 15ish years later <3
