My fittonia keeps getting crispy yellow leaves and I'm stumped. I tried watering less, watering more, moving to a brighter area, but it keeps happening. Any suggestions??

It’s probably from a lack of humidity. Mine requires so much humidity that I just keep it in a terrarium.

So I saw these in the botanical gardens, and that helped me visualize what I needed to do with them. Before that I was struggling. This is actually a ground cover that spreads. I have the silver version. I have one in bright indirect light on a shelf and I wait till it’s dry. I don’t add extra humidity, but it is around a couple of other plants. I stuck my bigger pot in the bottom of my ponytail palm pot. (It’s still potted) is a few feet from a grow light and maybe 8 feet from a south facing window. My house is 74 degrees with maximum like 50 something humidity. If you need humidity, just put a little bowl of water with some rocks in it next to it. Both plants are now thriving. I’m curious if moving it around so much has taken a toll? Have you repotted it?

I had only repotted when I got her but that was over a year ago. The leaves have always been like this. I'm going to try more humidity and see how that goes!
