carebearin my experience, pothos are super hardy and beginner friendly. they like well-draining soil and to dry out completely before watering again. i have both of mine in cactus/succulent soil with perlite and bark in a west facing window. don’t be afraid of direct light with these, at least through a window that is. they’re not picky though, my golden pothos was the first plant i’ve ever kept alive and i was absolutely not giving it the right care for the first year of its life lol. just do what’s available to you! have fun!

Plantmama.AraThey are super easy to care for low maintenance just make sure they have a well draining pot that you can see the water come through when you water your plant they don't need to be in direct sunlight either but can be in any lighting situation and still do well!

You've received some great comments above, my only question would be does that pot have drain holes? If it does not that would be a cause for concern. Not impossible to manage but it would need special attention to not overwater it.

Yes it dose. The pot in the photo is a cover pot there is a nursery pot inside.

MacGyverette97They propagate very easily, can be grown in water even. I would lower the pot by a few inches so all of the top of the pot gets light. If you like it fairly small like that vine style is perfect, if you want bigger leaves you'll want to invest into moss poles. Happy growing
