I’m looking for recommendations for grow lights that do not use a ton of energy. My electric bill was crazyyyy this winter. I see people online that have several grow lights plugged in and have no issues with energy. Thanks!!

    I believe all grow lights are LEDs. They will all use a lot less energy than incandescent bulbs. Just a few bulbs should not noticeably change your electric bill.

      Interesting. I have a grow light that has four lights in one. I attached a picture. I’m moving soon with more windows so luckily I can start using less lights. This thing is the difference of 40$ on my bill when turned on for 9 hours vs only 3. (Weather was about the same give or take both months)

    Well there has to be something else because that is probably the equivalent of having a 40 watt incandescent bulb on. And I don’t think a 40 watt bulb would increase your bill that much. If that light would make that much difference, then my electric bill would be thousands every month.
