Beeps!
This sage plant had some brown and dry leaves when I bought it. Should I trim the dead leaves or just leave them be? If so, where do I cut to keep the plant healthy? Thanks c:

I would just pick the individual brown leaves off and then trim the plant back no more than 50% but I think I would just do 25%. Trimming it back will push growth from the base. You can grow sage in a pot but it would do much better in the ground. Sage is a perennial in zones 5 to 8.
3件のいいねThanks! I’m still really new to plants- where should I cut when trimming the plant back? I wanna make sure it stays healthy. I’m not able to plant in the ground unfortunately.
0件のいいねTrim just above a leaf node. Although, it's not all that temperamental about where you cut back.
