Plant: philodendron warscewiczii Age: 5 months Height: 3 feet Issue: big fat trunk with a super tiny bottom Question: can I bury some of the trunk when I repot to add support? I was rearranging and it has been leaning into my LS…now I have fun chore ♥️

    It would be fine to bury those leafless nodes just avoid putting the base of the stems under the soil

    I am second guessing myself and was needing reassurance. I am going to remove that juvenile leaf. My mind was playing with rotting the trunk and killing one of my favorites

    Yes you can! Those aerial roots will grow into actual roots
