Might be nutrients? That’s a big plant though, so it doesn’t seem like a bad sign to not have a new leaf.

You could try diluting regular houseplant fertilizer to 1/2 strength, or even 1/4 strength but use that for every watering to keep the nutrients steady.

Monsteras go through dormant periods also. Depending on where you’re located will change it too. A good fertilizer and following the water needs. I have mine in a self water pot. She has periods of no growth. And then all of a sudden she’ll grow three one right after the other.

It looks really healthy and sounds like you're doing everything right. My thought is if you're in an area that experiences drastic seasonal changes - I know with them being inside, it seems weird - but they may still go through a little dormant phase. That could be what's happening, which isn't a bad thing and not anything that you're doing wrong. Give it a little more time. One of my older monsteras had zero growth for five months (I'm in the midwest) and it only recently pushed out a new leaf.

I’m in Pa and mine seems to be dormant rn as well. Put out about 3 leaves after I first got it (late fall) and now ot hasn’t done anything. It still seems very healthy. No browning or mushy stems. I was just starting to worry but am a little reassured after reading some responses here. Maybe it’s not even a seasonal thing, maybe it just needs a break after transplanting and pushing out a few new leaves

It can sometimes look like nothing much is happening but it might just be focusing effort on the roots right now. I wouldn’t worry, it looks healthy.
