    The ZZ looks like a cutting so it will just take time. Just water it and put it in some good light and it will grow eventually.

    It looks like most of your plants just need time, bright light and fertilizer. Also research each plant to see what they like on YouTube. There are so many people who teach you things. Years ago i watched "planterina" she had great teaching videos but there are many. Then you'll know what to do for each plant.
