Hi! Very new here and just got this rubber plant a few weeks ago. Should I repot or leave in the plastic pot? Best placement in the house? Any and all advice welcome!!

NikillerYou should always wait a couple weeks before repotting a new plant unless there’s health issues caused by the soil mix. The pot seems to be a good size, maybe too big, but should be fine in there. Most people who keep their plants in plastic nursery pots use a decorative pot to cover the ugly one.

gigiLeave it in the basic pot unless it doesn't have drainage. I keep mine near a south facing window where it gets bright light for a few hours but mostly indirect light. I had issues with gnats growing on the top soil so I recommend adding an inch of small pebbles to minimize that. Beautiful plant!
