I’ve recently stopped using decorative plant pots. I’m now using nursery pots with saucers only to make watering ‘on location’ more convenient. It’s also more affordable as plants grow. Nursery pots of various sizes take up very little space. What are your thoughts?

The only downside I see from not using decorative pots is not having clear pots to keep an eye on things. (Roots and watering)

I’d say 95% of my collection lives in nursery pots with most of those being in more aesthetically pleasing cache pots.
