Plant Mom

this plant is growing lighter leaves and getting a dark spot on the top leaf. Does it look healthy? It is growing new leaves so that’s a good sign. Do i cut anything off on the leaf that has brown spots?

    giant taro! they are heavy feeders. not sure what the brown spot is about but you're probably losing those leaves to nutrient deficiency. my guess for the spot is sunburn. definitely not fungal or bacterial, doesn't quite look like a watering issue

    I’m just a beginner, but other people say leave the leaves on until the plant is done with them. I don’t know about trimming off the brown part. It seems like you would trade one injury for another one.
