Hello. Can anyone answer me this: If I have 2-3 hours of sun in a particular area in my garden, what can I infer about the sun exposure in summer months? Is there a general rule of thumb or do I need to dust off my mathematical skills? Thanks in advance

It really depends on what you’re trying to grow in that spot and what time of day it’s gets direct sun. Morning vs noon vs evening have different levels of intensity. It may not be enough for vegetables or too much for a shade plant. Hard to say without more details.

Thanks. I don’t believe there will be so much of a difference that my part-shade plants would suffer. Maybe just up the water intake…
