I would first do a deep look for any pests. Personally, I would find a way to protect the soil/root system then give it a good shower ro wash any potential pests. However, it is mostly a watering/humidity issue. How long have you had the plant in that soil/planter? The soil might have come hydrophobic where it could need a good soaking from the bottom. All of my sanseveria get a shower every 4-8weeks...or whenever I remember to care for them lol
1 mi piaceI’ve heard that they’ll twist seeking out better light.
0 Mi piaceThey can tolerate pretty low light conditions, however that is a possibility. Try changing things one by one so you know what works and what doesn't.
0 Mi piaceThanks I’ll try that I moved it to a brighter spot to see if that helps
0 Mi piaceDo you have a pic? Some plants will curl from a fluctuation in watering... being to dry, then to wet. But I'm unaware if sansevieria do that
0 Mi piaceI’ll send you one I’m out of town rn
