You would have to take the plant completely out of the pot to check for root rot. If they are soft and brown root rot. And you can also check the soil to see if itโs too wet or too dry. I would cut off the dead pieces too. I think it will bounce back once you pin point the issue. This looks like a spider plant to me and mine wasnโt doing so well but has since improved!

Ye take it out the pot, inspect the roots. If itโs root rot deal with that then repot into a clear pot with good draining soil and some bright indirect light
์ข์์ 1๊ฐIโm a big supporter of natural elements. Fresh air and sunshine . Poke a few holes in the soil and elevate it outside for a bit
