Will my little fern die? Evidently I dropped potting mix on the center. The new tiny fronds are dead. I haven’t seen any signs of new ones.

    I got one like that once. If you can blow or suck the debris out of the center I think it will start to put out new growth. But you have some dead leaves I see so you might want to check the roots for rot. Full disclosure, I actually had to toss mine that did that. That was back when I lacked the patience or knowledge necessary to see it through to good health again.

      Thank you. I have another one that is doing nicely. I will check for root rot.

    Remove the debris and dead leaves in the center, and it should start growing again!
