a mini update from ms. tineke, for anyone who cares š After notching her I got really brave and trimmed the dead edges, praying I didnāt trim too close to the growth point. I removed a few of the worst leaves too. Now Iām keeping my fingers crossed that I didnāt shock her too much.

Honestly Iāve had this thing for two years and itās only put out 6 leaves? It had a pest of some sort that I think I finally have gotten rid of. Dropped most of its leaves within this first 3 months of having it. I struggle a ton still, I do not mist anymore. Mine absolutely hates the cold so it goes to the warmest spot in the house during the winter. I give it as much sun as possible, Ive started fertilizing more frequently and as soon as these notchings heal a bit more I will up size the pot.
