Could be overwatered, under watered, or may need a bigger pot!Unfortunately they turn yellow for a lot of different reasons :/ Make sure you’re letting the soil get fully dry on top before giving more water. You can check to see if the soil is full of roots, if so it needs more soil and put into a larger pot bc he’s getting cramped 🫶🏻

like cake said it could be a lot of different things. you have yellowing and browning so you’ve got more than one problem, not enough humidity almost certainly being one of them. The other problem could be your medium. These need a really well draining chunky blend to allow fast drying and oxygen for the roots. These can also be fussy about change. Specifically temperature. Mine does best in a west facing window — where it gets mostly bright indirect, with a splash of direct evening sun

Is it in a windowsill? Could be too much light combined with under watering. Based on the photo, doesn’t seem to be a lot of dirt to retain moisture so may need to water a little more often.

To me this looks like overwatering. Sunburn doesn’t usually cause yellow, and underwatering causes more crispy spots. These plants need to be in a really chunky, well draining soil, and the soil needs to dry out completely to the bottom of the pot before watering.
