Hello everyone, My pilea is growing a lot (it also has a little baby) but the leaves are curled. What is the reason and what can I do to fix this? Thank you!!!

OMG 😂 Idk! Is it hot where you are? Because my other thought was that it’s too hot/too much sun!

I think they do this with improper watering and/or light

Too little light I suspect based on this photo — and usually too little light ends up leading to too much water

I don’t think it’s a light issue because it gets plenty of natural sunlight during the day and I also put a grow light during the winter. Could it be too much light? I always wait for the soil to be dry before watering so I’m pretty confident it’s not overwatered.

So I looked it up and apparently if the leaves are curved downwards like mine it means it’s too hot and too much light. If they are curved the opposite way, creating a little bowl, it means the opposite! I moved it further away from the window and hopefully it’ll recover!
