The leaves are green and the flowers are flowers. Only other thing we need to see to determine its health is a root inspection. Green or silvery roots are healthy, silvery just means it’s ready for water. Brown, gray, tan, mushy, black, and yellow are all diseased or rotting root colors and signs of bad health
3 Me gustaYep. Based on just this one image given it looks healthy. I'd cut the empty flower spike at the base, it's not needed anymore. It's just wasting energy it'll need for next year's flowers. Do the same for the remaining spike once the last flower drops. Then put it in a nice sunny spot to recharge it's energy reserves for a brilliant display next near. Some say to cut the spikes midway down and you'll get a second set of blooms. I'd advise against that. That will burn up any extra reserves and next year's blooms will be extremely light.

1 me gustaIt can start making new flowers on the empty spikes if you cut it at an angle between the first open and last closed eye on the spike
