My Dracaena has become super leggy but there is so much fresh growth at the top. Can I cut off the bottom bare trunks and re plant the top portions?

    Let the chop callous over for a couple days before you put it in the soil. Then dont water right away, wait a week. The placewhere you chopped on the base will also grow new shoots

      The new shoots push out both sides usually
