Tara 🪴👶🏻My mixture is 1 bag cactus soil, 1 bag perlite, 1 bag orchid bark and 2.6lb bag of organic earthworm castings (Amazon). Mix it all up in a 27L Rubbermaid tote. ☺️ My plants love it! 🪴

Plant Fatherwhat kind of plants do you have? most tropicals do well in a 1:1:1 blend of moisture retention (like coco coir and worm castings), organic chunks (like fir bark or coco chips) and inorganic chunks (like perlite and pumice)

Hens and chicksI make all my own soil! I don’t trust all those other brands like miracle gro so I just get a really good all purpose potting mix to use as a base and than I add different things for each kind of plant. Perlite for succulents, sand for my Cherimoya trees, orchid bark for my citrus and so on. I use fox farm ocean forest potting mix.
