I purchased theae air plants with beautiful, pink/ purple flowers on them but after 3 weeks of spritzing daily and having in part sun they have faded significantly. I thought it would be cute and smart to put them between the blind slats on the window but maybe that is too much sun?

I have mine on an orchid pole with my Vanda orchid. This is a north facing window.

I believe all air plant species only bloom once. They should start putting out offsets, and ultimately the mother plant will die - but as far as I understand it’s a slow process they don’t die right away. Once the offsets are about 1/3-1/2 the mother plant’s size you can remove them and start caring for them like any other air plant. There are some good videos on YouTube about this too. 😃
