    I would wait until you see about 40% coverage from the outside. I feel like it's better to err on the side of root bound than to repot too soon and risk root rot.

    I canโ€™t see from the pictures but it also depends on how the plant is growing if it is still sending out new leaves then it doesnโ€™t need repotting but if growth is slowing down or stoped then itโ€™s time

    Itโ€™s not time to repot. You should see more roots than soil. You will see a thick mass of roots with spider plants like in my photo when they can be repotted. ๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ€
