JosieHow long has it been since the had shoots out of the ground? And did they bloom? It’s totally normal for tulips flowers and leaves to die back later in spring after a bloom. If you didn’t plant them before fall they usually won’t amount to anything until the following year because the bulbs need a hard freeze to thrive the following spring.
