Hi all!!!! New here, to plants and the community. I recently got a String of Pearls for my gf and our kitchen. Plants says it’s a bad spot because of the low light that it gets in there and I’m curious what the community thinks. My windows are facing west, and some light comes in the kitchen window above my sink from the south (mostly in the morning.) Should I move it to my living room where a larger window is? Or is the kitchen okay? The second photo is of my current living room. Thoughts??

it will need to be right in the window with the blinds up in order to get enough light. you might want to consider getting a small grow light bulb instead. sansi makes some little clip on ones

The grow light is a good idea. Thanks for the tip!

Update: moved him in front of the living room window above my money tree and near flowers.

Agree with Plant Father, it needs to be right next to the window getting as much light as possible. I’d be hanging it on the curtain rod in your living room.

Mine lives in full sun outdoors so I would move it directly in front of the window instead of on the side

the two of mine are right in a south window. make sure that the top/crown is getting a lot of the light.
