I was gifted this plant & don’t know much about it. It’s very leggy & sparse. Is this normal? It used to stand straight up but is now too heavy to do that so it just kind droops. Does it look healthy? Is there anything I can do to improve it?

it does look healthy, but it may have been subjected to poor conditions with the previous owner, explaining the legginess. if you get a plastic pole and some plant velcro, or even some plastic wrap, and tie them up not too tight they'll grow new roots on the exposed stem & attach to the pole so it stands up again.
2 Me gustaOkay so this plant is supposed to stand? I was tempted to try something like this but just didn’t know if it would harm the plant or if it was supposed to lean like this. Thank you!!
1 me gustasyngonium are climbers. the stems are not hardy enough to "stand", per se, but it will climb up a pole or stake and appear upright, which is how most people display them. if you do not desire a climbing plant, they vine just fine & will be completely healthy without a pole.
2 Me gustaThank you so much! That’s great to know. I’ll give that a shot
1 me gustayou're welcome!! hoping for some quick rooting on that pole. it can be a pain to redo plastic wrap 😂
