Repotting. I probably do it more than necessary but it’s a task I enjoy. My plants are used for decor so I will change planters because of changing location or grouping.

2개 좋아요I agree, repotting. I love the time we spend outside and how pretty they look afterwards.
3개 좋아요I repot more than I should as well!! Putting your hands in soil, provides significant physical and mental health benefits by reducing stress, boosting immunity, and improving mood!!! PLANTS FOR THE WIN!!!!
2개 좋아요I’d have to say engaging with them… They are alive & not just pretty to look at! Best part is you can vent, you can get angry and tell them speed it up, you can talk to them like your babies, sing! 🤣
4개 좋아요Love this! I'll have to give it a try 😁
2개 좋아요Progress updates! I usually put this off more often than I care to admit. I feel Ike it’s a fun take but not a necessary task… until I look back and see how much my plants have changed/grow! I also just like looking at them and photographing them.

좋아요 1개I'm the same way! I always put off my progress updates but then I look at my plants in the app and think "wow these look kinda terrible" haha
좋아요 1개All of it, morning chats, inspecting dusting, trimming leaves, and waterings while i have coffee. Its how i start the day😊🪴
4개 좋아요I agree with Phil on repotting. Before mixing my own substrates, I would pot everything in straight potting soil and directly in pots with minimal to no drainage. 🫠 I’ve since repotted the vast majority of them, but I always love when I get to repot one of the stragglers. 🤪

3개 좋아요Its a proven scientific fact!! Putting your hands in the soil, provides significant physical and mental health benefits by reducing stress, boosting immunity, and improving mood!!! PLANTS FOR THE WIN!!!! Mental Health Benefits • Soil bacteria act as natural antidepressants, decreasing stress and anxiety levels, similar to pharmacological options. • Gardening triggers the release of serotonin and dopamine, fostering feelings of happiness and well-being. • The repetitive, grounding tasks of gardening promote present-moment awareness, reducing mental clutter. • Nurturing plants to growth builds a sense of responsibility and achievement. One more time.... PLANTS FOR THE 🏆 WIN!!
