I really wanna do some hanging plants in my balcony, but it’s all stucco and I can’t drill into it so how do I do it?

There are products like liquid nails or gorilla glue but those would be more for a permanent placement. You could also try the outdoor line of command products for options (the maker of command strips).
1 me gustaAre you able to put up a tension rod?
1 me gustaMaybe yes. It’s very wide though
0 Me gustaYes I got those for the railing. :) I just wanted hanging ones too 😂
0 Me gustaAmazon sells self standing railings, specifically for plants, or for clothes. I bought one of the tripod type ones for my grandma, as she also had no where to hang a basket on her balcony
3 Me gustaOh this is great! I’ll look it up!

If you want to hang them overhead, command strip type things are not gonna cut it. I think a tension rod may be too long to go from one end of the balcony to the other. A tension frame might work for you. Google "room divider curtain rod."
