Hi all! Iโm a new plant mom ๐ Last week I was given this monstera to save. I cut off the brown ends of the smaller leaves and watered with purived fertilizer. Iโve had her on an east facing window the last 2 days and just now noticed a new leaf! ๐ In the soil sheโs kind of flimsy and leaning to the side. Is that normal? I would also like to know if I should repot to a bigger pot? Thanks!
If you are worried about the leaning I would repot in the same size pot with new soil to give it more support. And since the plant looks young I wouldnโt worry about upsizing the pot for a while. Wait till you see roots coming out of the drainage wholes or if itโs drying out really fast in between waterings since it would be mainly roots and less soil. Hope this helps!
